You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return; sale or clearance items are non-refundable
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used crochet hooks
- Items not in original condition
- Final sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
4. How to Start a Return

Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return packages
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@thewoobesus.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
